The relaunch took place recently and brought
together clients in the Private Banking space, Stanbic Bank Executive Committee
members as well as Stanbic Bank Tanzania staff members.
Speaking during the event, Ruth Mwaiselage, Head,
Private Banking, noted that the bank seeks to provide an exclusive and
comfortable banking experience to its customers.
“Our clients will be getting a superior level of
services and rewards through this facility. Our aim is to provide integrated
financial solutions that fit well with the needs of our customers,” Ruth said.
Through this service, the bank is offering an enhanced value proposition that includes, dedicated Private Bankers, 24/7 customer service support, Wealth Management options and easy access to loans. Clients will also enjoy a new tenure of 20 years for Home Loan with a maximum value of up to TZS 2Bn.
Access to VIP Airport Lounges, Platinum Cards that
provide a number of discounts and services such as travel assistance also form
part of the proposition.
The bank is further extending dedicated offerings
to professionals such as medical doctors, lawyers, engineers, as well as
employed and self-employed affluent clients.

Commenting on the banking industry, Ruth further
